Unfortunately, at this time we can not accept returns of individual products or Bundles. We do however guarantee every product in our bundles. If there is ever a product that is defective, damaged, or you simply have no use for, you can exchange it for a store credit. Please reach out to us through our Contact Us page for assistance.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (teas, snacks and other foods) and intimate or sanitary goods (nursing pads).
As we are a small business, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we receive your item.
