UPS balked at delivering a surprise care-package to my ill cousin, citing incorrectly the “address was wrong”. With care and thoughtfulness, Melissa responded quickly to my problems with UPS. And just as quickly, re-sent the order to an alternative address. I have not seen the care-package, but Melissa was wonderful in helping troubleshoot delivery problems. 🙏🏼

This was an amazing find. Living in the US and trying to find a business in Canada to send a gift basket to my niece undergoing chemo.
